Private Care

Our medical home care services take all your specific requests and demands into consideration and provide personalized attention. Our reliable, qualified professional practitioners will work to meet the patient’s individualized needs.

Skilled Nursing

A Registered Nurse will assess and evaluate the patient’s medical conditions and assist with all nursing needs, including observation, teaching and skilled nursing procedures.

Home Health Aide

Trained home health aides provide personal care (bathing, hygiene, nail care, dressing), laundry, light housekeeping, and light meal preparation pertaining to the patient so that clients can live in the comfort of their home.

Physical Therapy

A licensed Physical Therapist will be involved in the development of an individualized exercise program and may provide instruction in ambulation, range of motion, transfer training, and other therapy services according to the patient’s need.

Speech Therapy

A certified Speech Therapist will assess the patient’s ability to communicate and will assist and provide speech and language instruction to improve and restore communication skills.

Occupational Therapy

A registered Occupational Therapist will evaluate and provide training in activities for daily living such as grooming, dressing, cooking, and bathing, and will assist in improving fine motor skills.

Medical Social Worker

A certified social worker can coordinate and provide the available community services and resources to assist the patient and family with problems and needs which require care at home.
